Shipping policy

Fulfillment Location
Orders may ship from Canada or the United States depending on inventory availability, destination, and carrier routing. We cannot guarantee which location will fulfill your order.
Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and begin once an order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and customs processing.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
If your order ships across the Canada–U.S. border, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges assessed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not collected by Luva and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Address and Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we may deduct outbound shipping and return shipping costs from your refund where permitted by law.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). Include your order number and photos for damage claims.
